Requirements:

  • Sales experience and a strong desire to sell and close sales, as the booking agent links clients to the talent.
  • Proficiently bilingual in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop talent and artists’ careers.

INFLUENCER BOOKING AGENT

Requirements:

  • Proper ethics working with influencers and content creators.
  • Excellent people skills and a talent for building strong relationships.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, influencer, or PR agency.
  • Knowledge in managing influencer campaigns.
  • A structured way of working; competencies in planning, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Social media savvy.
  • A strong personality who can work autonomously and within teams.
  • Experience in communicating directly with clients.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Develop opportunities for brand endorsement deals for our roster of influencers.
  • Participate in the negotiation process with the business development team and the client to protect the interests of the talents.

WEB DEVELOPER

Location: Montreal, Toronto
Schedule: Full Time
Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years in the field.

We are seeking expertise in Digital Web Programming (coders), Digital Web Development (publishers), and Digital Web Graphic Design (designers) to carry out and deliver ongoing digital publishing support. The main objective is to secure resources that can work closely with our internal Digital Advisors to help design, develop, and deliver/maintain digital content for the department and agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide digital design advice to Digital Communications Advisors and Digital Publishers/Developers on:
    • Content placement and information flow.
    • Imagery and typography.
    • Guidance on Canada.ca Content and Information Architecture Specifications and other Government of Canada web layouts related to design.
    • Common design patterns and best practices.
    • Design web templates, diagrams, flowcharts, and mock-ups based on client requirements and user research to illustrate new digital content layouts and designs.
    • Create visually appealing imagery and digital designs to support campaigns and promotional products.
    • Collaborate with other Digital Communications teams to suggest and work on design enhancements.
    • Assist in evaluating design proposals, design specs, and storyboards developed by third-party agencies or managed outside of Digital Communications.
    • Develop design guidance, tools, and training products for use by other digital publishers and advisors.
    • Participate and contribute to meetings or discussions related to the Internet/Intranet as required.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience designing web graphics or manipulating imagery for the web.
  • 2 years of experience developing flowcharts, storyboards, or templates depicting navigation and content structures.
  • Experience in web graphic design with skills in:
    • Content templates and layouts.
    • Information architecture and navigation.
    • Imagery and typography.
    • Conceptualization, storyboarding, and wireframing.

This role is a unique blend of talent development, digital strategy, and collaboration execution. You will work side-by-side with agents to develop and promote influencers. Tasks include B2B business development and career advancement for influencer talents. The main mission of the agent role is to help digital talent generate revenue opportunities and facilitate brand collaborations on behalf of our creators while helping them grow their social media audience across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
