RECRUITMENT WARNING!

RECRUITMENT WARNING: BEWARE OF IMPOSTERS!

Book Management Inc. prioritizes the safety and well-being of aspiring models above all else. Our commitment to professionalism, transparency, and authenticity compels us to caution models about unscrupulous individuals who may exploit their ambitions.

It has come to our attention that there are individuals on the internet falsely claiming to be representatives (or "scouts") of BOOK MGMT. If you receive communication from anyone purporting to represent BOOK MGMT, we urge you not to respond without first verifying their identity. Please contact us directly at one of our offices, and we will promptly assist you.

Should you be contacted by someone claiming to be a representative or model manager from any agency, we advise you to immediately inform your parents or a responsible adult.

Please note: BOOK MGMT does not conduct unconventional web-based interviews, and we never require monetary payment to apply. Individuals impersonating Book Management representatives may attempt to solicit and exploit models online. They often make contact through social media platforms or email, arranging interviews using unauthorized platforms. BOOK MGMT does not recruit models through such means.

If you are solicited for an online interview by someone claiming to represent Book Management, refrain from responding until you have verified their identity. Please contact us at +1 514.621.2665 or email info@bookmgmt.com.

To help safeguard yourself:

  • Refrain from sharing personal identifiable information online.

Exercise caution with modelling interviews conducted via Skype.

Be wary of urgent requests, as cybercriminals often create a false sense of urgency.

Verify the identity of individuals you communicate with by contacting the company they claim to represent.

Never respond to emails requesting sensitive information like credit card numbers, personal data, or passwords. Book Management never requests such data via email.

If you fall victim to an online scam, report it to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. When completing the online report, you can bypass the financial transaction section and proceed directly to the incident section.

We wish you success in your pursuits and remind you to prioritize your safety at all times.
